FOR SERVICES & PRODUCTS
When you are
ordering SHOE REPAIR SERVICES or SHOE REPAIR SERVICES with
SHOE CARE PRODUCTS:
- Send the selected items to
your shopping cart by clicking on the
button.
- Fill out the requested
information and submit your order. Save your Order number.
- You will receive an e-mail
receipt confirming your order. Print two copies of this
email! (if you don't
have a printer, copy all the information from the screen
onto a standard sheet of paper, or
e-mail us for printed order forms)
- Mail one of the printed
copies with your shoe(s) and keep the second copy for your
records.
- We will contact you by
e-mail or phone if we have any questions before starting repairs.
Repair orders received on
Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will be sent back via US
Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS standard ground service on the following Monday.
You can request third day delivery for an
additional cost.
Repair orders received on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday
will be sent back via US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS
standard ground a
week from the following Monday. You can request third day delivery for an additional cost.

Standard Shipping and handling Charge: $4.50
+ 5% of order

- We will mail your order
via UPS Standard Ground Service within 3 workdays if in
stock. We will notify you if anything is on back order.
